The purpose of this Handbook is to provide local authorities, civil society working on interculturalism, humanitarian workers engaged with asylum seekers and refugees and policy makers at local level with simple directions for the planning, design and conducting of participatory assessment. The document provides basic tips to help teams to better structure the identification of data sources, conducting focus groups, reporting of outcomes and disseminating outcomes.
